General Points on Writing a C.V.
1. In year 10 your CV should fit onto one page.
2. It should include your personal details, education, qualifications, information about you as a person, your hobbies and interests and any relevant experience you may have.
3. Your CV should be word-processed.
4. Care must be taken with presentation.
5. Do not include irrelevant information. Ask for advice before including anything that is not on the sample format.
Most Common C.V. Mistakes
1. Too long.
2. Disorganised. The information is difficult to follow.
3. Poorly typed or printed.
4. Misspellings, typographical errors and poor grammar.
